We do our best to tailor your perfect fit, and since we have customised it just for you, we could not take it back for exchange or refund, as it is not going to fit with anyone else, which would then turn into fashion waste – nothing that none of us would wish for.

Nevertheless, we are always here for the perfect fit of your desire. Feel free to let us know your thoughts and we will make it fit you even better with our FREE ALTERATION service.


For each purchased item, Kalon Couture provides a one-time complimentary alteration service, upon request submitted within 7 working days of order delivery. This does not apply to delayed order receipt or collection after 7 working days of the email confirming order delivery.


Please send your alteration request, together with 4 pictures of you in the garment (front, back and the sides), to cs@kaloncouture.com. Kalon Couture reserves the right to reject requests sent or communicated beyond the abovementioned period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Within 7 calendar days of our email confirming your alteration request, please return the garment in the original packaging box via any secure courier service to the following address:

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost on all returns for alteration, while shipping of the altered garments is complimentary. Delivery of the altered garment will be done within 7 working days upon our receipt of the return.
