Kalon Couture garments are all made-to-order and delivered to your door in 14 days – FREE WORLDWIDE.


After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment.

Your order will be proceeded to made-to-measure production, according to your body measurements recorded with Kalon Couture’s 3D body scanning service, upon successful payment.


At checkout, you could choose to either collect your order in person at our store or enjoy our complimentary worldwide shipping service. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection or dispatched for shipping. Delivery will be done within 14 working days upon successful order.

For pick-up in store, your order will be available for collection in 7 working days of the email notification. Our service hours are Monday to Friday between 11am and 8pm, except public holidays in Hong Kong. Complimentary fitting service would be provided upon requests confirmed before the pick-up. Late order collection without prior email notice might be forfeited with no refunds.

For shipping delivery, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched with the courier’s tracking number. Kalon Couture cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays but we promise to minimise any potential delays.

For express delivery request, please email us at cs@kaloncouture.com as soon as your order is placed. We will be in touch and try our best to expedite your order.

Should you wish to change your delivery method or shipping address, please email us at cs@kaloncouture.com within 5 calendar days after your order is confirmed. Late request might not be accepted and a flat charge of HK$50 is required for resending the shipment.


We include the cost of duties and taxes in your order, so you will not need to pay any additional fees.
